Hi there,I haven't written on the Blog for a long, long time. Too much work to do, and also the last couple of months have been a "bit slower" in the garden. However, today, once again, when the going gets tough, the tough get going (or something)... I [CG] had to use lots of energy to move a fairly big Rosemary bush, and just to illustrate how that has changed the look of our garden, I wanted to post some photos. :)
Our idea is to have little "flower and shrub" islands to break up the boring rectangle of the lawn. Not sure whether we will like it once it's finished, but so far, erm, so far. C. complained that I put it in wonkily, and I suggested that it had grow that way... Time will tell. But there are already two tiny plants (grass typy-thingies - you really adore my knowledge of plant terminology, don't you?!), but these are on the other side. Maybe we'll take a photo once it's a bit more exciting.
