Here are the first seedlings of 2010! I started these off at the beginning of February, and this picture was taken last weekend. The big ones are cucumbers, which are now HUGE, and which I need to pot on. Hopefully I won't kill them this year. There are also, from left to right, a chilli, two aubergines and a whole load of tomatoes. The gap between the aubergines and the tomatoes now has pepper plants in it. Meanwhile, the weather continues to be rubbish, so we still haven't been able to do much in the garden :-( But we did eat what is probably the last of the kale tonight.

ReplyDeleteJust two days ago I had a sprouting too! It is a potimarron (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potimarron).
That looks like a squash to me. Are you prepared for it to take over your flat?
